EID stands for “Embedded Identity Document” – this is a serial number corresponding to the eSIM installed in newer devices, notably smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.

Sales & Service Representative (Mobile Data Solutions, IoT, APN, Roaming)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales & Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our mobile data solutions, IoT, APN, and roaming services to both existing and potential clients.
You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively reach out to potential customers and identify sales opportunities * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our mobile data solutions, IoT, APN, and roaming services to customers * Provide support and guidance to customers in using our products and services
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
* Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to remain competitive

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical diploma * 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
* Knowledge of mobile data solutions, IoT, APN, and roaming services * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
